Roofing Repairs

Taylered was engaged to deliver extensive roofing rectification works across five roof areas at Lismore Central, following an inspection report identifying active leaks and degraded flashings.

Scope included the staged removal and replacement of .55 gauge Colorbond and Zincalume components: box gutters, sumps, droppers, overflows, apron flashings, dry pans, and Dektites, across multiple plant, pipe, and duct penetrations. Works also addressed corrosion, undersized flashings, and redundant installations.

All repairs were delivered with a focus on weatherproofing, structural compliance, and operational continuity in a live shopping centre environment.
