Moving Walks Upgrade

Taylered was engaged to deliver the building works associated with the replacement of four moving walkways at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. The project required significant coordination with the vertical transport provider, and was undertaken in a live operating retail environment. The scope included demolition, hoarding, flooring, joinery, wall and ceiling finishes, signage, and structural modifications, all delivered with minimal disruption to centre operations.

The Taylered team leveraged extensive retail delivery experience, a dedicated on-site supervisor, and close alignment with Dexus and Turner & Townsend to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality works. All disruptive activities were carefully scheduled after hours.
