Mechanical Services Upgrade

Taylered was engaged by Knight Frank, on behalf of Region Group, to deliver mechanical upgrade at The Gateway Langwarrin, addressing critical building infrastructure.

The mechanical service scope of works comprised the removal and replacement of existing rooftop packaged air conditioning (PAC) units. This included crane lifts, structural modifications, and commissioning of new plant to improve building performance and energy efficiency. All high-risk and disruptive works were carefully staged and scheduled outside of trading hours to avoid operational impacts. Taylered coordinated closely with centre management and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery.
