Mall Floor Tile Replacement

Taylered was engaged to undertake the replacement of all common mall flooring at Kingston Plaza, delivering tile replacement across approximately 850m² of high-traffic areas including forecourts, walkways, Coles entry foyer and amenities corridors.

The replacement of all common mall flooring was delivered after hours to minimise disruption to tenants and customers. The scope included removal of existing tiles, grinding of adhesive base, and installation of external tiles, compliant tactile indicators, and reinstatement of furniture and fixtures.

The works were fully managed with dedicated WHS protocols, equipment hire, waste removal, and close liaison with Centre Management to ensure safe access and operational continuity throughout the project.
