Car Park Upgrade

Taylered was engaged to deliver major upgrade works across multiple car park zones at Tweed City Shopping Centre. The project focused on enhancing surface conditions, drainage, and pedestrian and traffic safety across key access points to the centre.

With a staged delivery approach across three key zones, the works included extensive asphalt resurfacing, civil rectification, and site management to maintain access to anchor tenants throughout the program. Temporary fencing, detours, and dust control were implemented to ensure minimal disruption to trade, residents, and public access.

Working in close consultation with TCB Project Management and Lendlease, Taylered ensured environmental risks and stakeholder impacts were mitigated while delivering a safe and compliant outcome aligned with centre operations.
