ANZ Tenancy Expansion

Taylered was engaged by Lendlease to deliver Lessor works for the expansion of ANZ at Tweed City Shopping Centre. The project involved internal demolition, structural modifications, and essential service adjustments within a live retail environment.

Scope highlights included floor preparation, wall removal and reconstruction, steel portal installation, and the disconnection and relocation of services. All noisy or disruptive works were carefully scheduled outside of retail trading hours to ensure minimal impact on centre operations.

Leveraging our strong stakeholder coordination and experience in delivering projects within operational retail settings, Taylered successfully completed the works on time and to specification.
